Toddler Program Children aged 1.5 to 2 years are enrolled into our Toddler program. Using carefully selected child friendly equipment, we offer them an opportunity to learn to climb, crawl and developing their gross motor skills. All these is done in a fun, loving and caring way. Preschool Program At ROL the program emphasizes co-parenting and provides an opportunity for parents to become fully involved into helping their children learn important life skills such as potty training and hand washing. The children aged 2-3 years learn through purposeful play and meaningful interaction with peers. At this stage the learners develop negotiation skills, are encouraged to share with others and inquire about themselves and others as well as become aware of their environment. Through guided instruction by teachers they are slowly taken through the paces of learning how to read, write and acquire basic math concepts. We encourage 4-5 year olds to develop reading, writing, science, technology and math skills individually and in a group setting. At this stage, teachers use activities that promote social, emotional, physical, cognitive, creative and character development. Academic lessons are introduced to prepare the young learners in readiness for grade one. At this stage they are encouraged to develop problem solving skills and express themselves confidently.
