Kandoto Girls Science Secondary School was established in 2006, under the auspices of the catholic Diocese of Same, with registration number S. 2375. Its aim is to provide excellent education, formation and career building especially in a science oriented environment to the girl child student of all religions. This is achieved through resource endowment. The school has large classrooms, well equipped modern science laboratories, a stocked library, a computer center and enough learning materials inline with the modern technological requirements. The school has O-level and A-level with combinations of PCB and PCM. In addition to the above, the school has well experienced professional teachers and sisters, forming a panel of highly dedicated formators. The school is located at Same—Kilimanjaro Region south of Same town, Dar es Salaam—Arusha highway. The school site is cool and provides a good conducive environment for learning away from town noise, and easily accessible.
